フィリピン人スタッフ・先生ってどんな人がいるの？
ジュニアキャンプでは１部屋につき一人の「ガーディアン」と呼ばれるフィリピン人ティーチャーがお子様とご一緒に生活いたします。
ガーディアンはお子様の生活のサポ―トを行い、日本語をしゃべることが出来ないため英語でお子様とコミュニケーションをとってもらいます。
しかし、そのような環境でもガーディアンはお子様からの信頼を得ています。
また、多くのマンツーマン授業を行っているジュニアキャンプではガーディアンだけではすべての授業を受け持つことが出来ません。ですのでジュニアキャンプではガーディアン以外にも多くのフィリピン人講師がいます。
この記事ではそんなガーディアンやフィリピン人講師の中でも毎回ジュニアキャンプに参加してるベテランガーディアンとフィリピン人ティーチャーの自己紹介をご紹介いたします。

Hello everyone!My name is Archile.
皆さん、こんにちは！私の名前はアーチェルです。
I am the head teacher of online and junior camp in First English Global College.
私はFirst English Global Collegeで行われるオンライン授業とジュニアキャンプのリーダーです。
I have been teaching English for six years already.
私は英語を教えはじめて6年になります。
Aside from teaching, I like listening to music,reading,eating and sleeping when I have spare time.
私は英語を教える以外にも、音楽を聴くこと、本を読むこと、そして寝ることが好きで時間が空いてるときにそれらを行っています。
To teach allows me to discover more of myself,to grow as a person,to experience a lot of things and most especially to encounter and get to know people with different nationalities.
教えることは私に私自身をよりわかることができ、人として成長させてくれ、様々な経験をさせてくれ、そして特に違った国籍の人々に出会い知ることが出来ます。
I know,studying another language is not easy but I believe,when you love and enjoy what you do,you will be able to learn something smoothly.
私は他の言語を勉強することが簡単ではないことを知っていますが、何かをすることを愛し楽しんでいるときは、何かを順調に学ぶことができると私は信じてます。

Hi everyone my name is Maxim.
みなさんこんにちは、マキシムです。
I have been working in First English Global College for more than 3 years now.
私はFirst English Global Collegeで働き始めて３年になります。
My hobbies are listening to music,reading books and traveling.
私の趣味は音楽を聴くこと、本を読むこと、そして旅行です。
I joined junior camp 6 times already.
私はすでにジュニアキャンプに６回参加しました。
Every camp is great experience and opportunity for me because it enhance my teaching skill.

I was able to meet new friends and learn student's culture.

I'm working for one and a half year.

Being a guardian is not an easy job,why?
ガーディアンになるということは簡単ではありません。なぜでしょうか？
It is because you need to take part in making the whole Junior Camp successful.

In a way of taking a good care of the students,guiding them and letting them feel comfortable.

In addition being a guardian teacher is a great opportunity for me,cause I had experience many things I could ever imagine that I can.

I have been teaching English since I was in University.

In my spare time, I like to browse the local bookstore,go to the beach with my family or try new things with my friends.
時間がある時は、私は地元の本屋を巡ったり、家族とビーチに行ったり、新しいことに友達と挑戦したりしてます。
I believe that leaving a language is one of the tool that could help a person gain a better understanding of other people's differences.

In my case, English has opened my mind to a perspective about the world around me.

It is my hope to teach anyone what I know of the English language and share life experiences with them so that each of us could broaden our knowledge about the thing and around us.

Hi everyone my name is Anjo.
みなさんこんにちは、私の名前はアンジョーです。
Job of teacher is not easy but I can get fulfilling every time.
先生の仕事は簡単ではありませんが毎回達成感を得ることができます。
I was afraid at first but every time I repeat a junior camp by I enjoyed every single day I spent time with my students.
私は最初は不安でしたがジュニアキャンプを繰り返すごとに生徒と過ごす一日一日が楽しくなっていきました。
We come from different countries but I believe in the saying that "Adjustment is the focal point of everything".
私たちは（子供達とは）違った国から来ていますが、しかし、私は次の言葉を信じてます。「順応こそすべての中心である」
So, my student and I we adjust to each other and then later we became close.
だから、私の生徒と私はお互いに順応をしていきお互いに仲良くなっていきました。
I enjoyed all the time I spent during the Junior Camp and I hope I can join next time.
